Nose	Immediate toffee apple sweetness and salted caramel. This is beautifully balanced by rich notes of marzipan, hazelnut, and a savory element often described as parma ham or dried meat. The light Springbank peat smoke is present, along with a distinct sea spray and wet pebble minerality.
Palate	Oily, coating, and creamy. The high strength is well-integrated, delivering notes of custard creams, milk chocolate, and dried dark fruits (Morello cherries, prunes) from the Sherry influence. This richness is cut through by a soft peat smoke and a spicy tingle of aniseed and white pepper.
Finish	Long and warming. The coastal influence emerges strongly here, with notes of brine, sea salt, and engine oil. The peat smoke endures, combining with the remaining salted caramel sweetness for a complex and chewy finale.
