Nose: Kicks off with notes ofmarzipan,smoked meats, and a smokiness akin toburnt matches.

Palate: The smoky, earthy note continues. Anuttiness is introduced in notes of pistachios. Caramelised brown sugar, prunes, and custard round out the dram.

Finish: Asea salt note emerges, along with notes ofred apple skin and a long, warming complexity.
