Characteristic Notes
Nose Inviting aromas of vanilla pod, candied pineapple, and a hint of mint. Deeper notes include milk chocolate, red apple, and orange zest.
Palate Rich and velvety texture. Flavours of lemon zest and redcurrant are balanced by sweet pear, soft liquorice, and black pepper spice. The sweet sherry influence is well-integrated with toasted nuts and stewed fruits.
Finish Long and warming, with a delightful persistence of spice and a refreshing citrus note.
