Bimber single cask whisky here, aged in a single Port Cask (#35) and bottled in November 2021 at 58.7% ABV. This was released for the Spirit of the Underground range and is the London Bridge edition, of which only 305 bottles were produced.

NOSE: Jammy red and black berries together with suede leather, teacakes and toasted brioche.

​PALATE: Berry preserves, plums and prunes are livened with gingerbread and cinnamon-dusted chocolate bonbons.

​FINISH: Sustained sweet berry fruits with persistent ginger spicing.
