Description
The Penderyn Patagonia ( Icons Of Wales ) No 11 is blended malt whisky. This is particularly notable as it’s Penderyn’s first-ever blended malt.
The Collaboration: The whisky is a blend of Penderyn’s own single malt with single malt from La Alazana Distillery in Patagonia, Argentina.
The Story: The whisky is the 11th release in Penderyn’s “Icons of Wales” series, which celebrates a person, milestone, or event from Welsh history. This bottling commemorates the journey of 153 Welsh pioneers who, in 1865, sailed on the ship Mimosa to establish a Welsh colony in Patagonia to preserve their language and culture.
ABV: 43%
