 Sumptuous Medjool dates, sweet baked figs and rich milk chocolate accompanied by delicate hints of honey and tropical character, reminiscent of dried mango and ripe papaya. Encapsulated by complex sweet oak.
Palate :

 A real sweetness is evident with sherry-seasoned dry fruits, orange marmalade and honeycomb. Soft spiced notes of ginger and cinnamon develop.
Finish :

 Bursts of caramelised pineapple and creamy vanilla linger with the exquisite balance of subtle dark chocolate and coffee.

Macallan Time Space :
The Mastery release is a testament to the distillery’s 200 years of whisky-making expertise. It draws inspiration from the legacies of past masters and the wide variety of cask styles available to The Macallan.
Cask selection: Macallan Time Space Mastery is a non-age statement single malt, crafted from a combination of 14 different cask types, including sherry-seasoned European and American oak, as well as American oak bourbon casks. This blend of casks creates a whisky with layers of complexity and depth.
Unique design: Macallan Time Space Mastery is presented in a circular vessel that symbolizes the “circle of life” and the continuous journey from the past to the future. This is housed in an eye-catching red presentation case adorned with 200 origami-inspired spikes, representing each year of the distillery’s history and nature’s protection of its future.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Warm cherry.
Nose: Sumptuous Medjool dates, sweet baked figs, and rich milk chocolate, with delicate hints of honey and tropical fruit notes like dried mango and papaya. The aroma is “encapsulated by complex sweet oak.”
