Manzanilla is a very dry, pale form of sherry produced in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, near the Atlantic coast. It is famed for its coastal, salty, and nutty characteristics. This choice of cask finish perfectly complements the usually unpeated and inherently maritime-influenced spirit of Bunnahabhain.

Nose: Notes of freshly baked pastry with sweet almonds, rose petals, grapefruit, and dried spices, balanced with a touch of mahogany and incense.
