📐 Production & Packaging

Distillation: The gin is distilled in a small copper still nicknamed“The Dottach” at the Isle of Harris Distillery in Tarbert. The distillers make the expensive decision to only bottle the“purest heart” of the spirit run, which contributes to its exceptional smoothness.

The Bottle: The instantly recognizable bottle is a piece of art, designed to evoke the ripples and texture of the sea around the island. The glass is subtly curved, and the base has an azure blue tint that reflects the colour of the water. Each bottle carries a paper seal with the distillery’s geographical coordinates.
