Hibiki 21 Year Old is a prestigious and highly decorated blended Japanese whisky from Suntory. It is considered a masterclass in blending and is one of the most sought-after whiskies in the world.
Composition: It is a meticulously crafted blend of malt whiskies from Suntory’s Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, and grain whisky from the Chita distillery. All components are aged for a minimum of 21 years.
Signature Cask: The blend is celebrated for its use of rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks, which contribute complex and unique flavors.
Bottle Design: Like the other whiskies in the Hibiki line, it comes in a stunning 24-faceted bottle, representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.

Nose : Sweet , caramelised nuts , some lemon acidity ,blackcurrants and pears with vanilla ,dark toffee and rich sherry spice .
Palate : Oak ,dark cherry and sweet caramel notes ,butter with wisp of smoke and some wood spice .
Finish : Long , with hint of smoke .
