We charge a flat fee of £6.95 for delivery. Free delivery is available for orders above £200(inc VAT). Upon receipt of delivery, the customer has 14 days to return most unopened items in the same condition as purchased for a full refund.

In the case of an error on our behalf (incorrect product to the one ordered) as well as for damaged or defective items please contact us and we will cover the return shipping costs and/or arrange replacements where possible.

Delivery

We guarantee delivery within five working days of your order. This does not apply to out-of-stock items. If a product is unavailable we shall contact you and either arrange a new delivery date or agree on a suitable replacement. All deliveries are carried out by an independent courier. The courier will only attempt to deliver the product twice, after which the courier will leave a calling card or make contact via the number and/or email provided when placing the order. If no attempt is made to contact the courier, after 10 days the purchase will be returned to us. We reserve the right to pass on the cost of return delivery in this event. If you choose to have your order left with a neighbour or outside your premises, we cannot hold any responsibility for loss or damage. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your product if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.

Returns and Cancellations

 We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their orders and it is our aim to ensure that all orders supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase. Excludes perishable or personalised products or those products that have been specified as non-returnable.
