TheKi Noh Bi 29th Edition is a highly exclusive, celebratory release from the Kyoto Distillery. It was specifically crafted to commemorate the10th Anniversary of The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto in 2024.

As part of the “Ki Noh Bi” series, this gin is a “Cask Aged” expression, meaning it takes the standard Kyoto dry gin and matures it in rare wood to add layers of color and complexity.

Cask Type: Matured for over six months inNew Mizunara Oak barrels. Mizunara is a notoriously difficult Japanese oak that imparts flavors of sandalwood, coconut, and “temple incense.”
