As a PX sherry-matured Bimber Piccadilly Circus this is known for being a true “sherry bomb,” showcasing rich, dark, and sweet flavors while still retaining the distillery’s clean and fruity spirit.

Nose: Expect a powerful and inviting aroma of rich dark chocolate, sticky toffee pudding, and a medley of red berries. There are also notes of tobacco leaves, ginger, and clove.

Palate: The mouthfeel is thick, oily, and intensely rich. The flavor profile is dominated by sweet PX sherry notes of treacle, dried figs, and raisins. There is also a robust spiciness from the high ABV and the active cask, with flavors of cinnamon and oak spice.

Finish: The finish is long, warming, and very sweet, with lingering notes of dried fruit and dark chocolate.
