This single cask release has been drawn from a single Pedro Ximenez cask. This rich and opulent single malt offers layers of deep fruit and chocolate perfectly balanced with our against our characteristic fruit-forward style.

Nose: A captivating blend of black cherries and dried figs sit alongside roasted nuts. Dark chocolate and filter coffee emerge and sit alongside spiced oak, vanilla and touches of leather.

Palate: A luxurious wave of dark fruits – plums, blackberries and plum raisins. Interwoven are layers of caramel and chocolate cake, alongside cinnamon and clove spices. The texture of the whisky remains throughout the palate and delivers and evolving journey through sherry and sweetness.

Finish: Lingering and indulgent with freshly brewed coffee and persistent black and red berry fruits.
