Springbank Amontillado is a single malt whiskey that is aged in both bourbon barrels and Amontillado hogsheads .

Aging: Aged for five years in bourbon barrels, then aged for five years in Amontillado hogsheads made from American oak .

Alcohol content: 55% ABV .

Tasting notes: Complex and balanced with notes of cereal, gooseberries, mango, vanilla pods, grapes, honeycomb, oatmeal, malted barley, orange pulp, heather honey, hard toffee, nutmeg, and cinnamon .

Finish: A characteristic sea salt note .
