• Theme: The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao was specifically designed to celebrate and harmonize with the world of chocolate. Macallan’s Whisky Maker, Polly Logan, visited Jordi Roca’s factory to gain inspiration and select casks that would complement the unique and rich flavors of chocolate.
• Cask Selection: The single malt was matured in a combination of European and American oak sherry-seasoned casks, which were carefully chosen to impart notes reminiscent of rich chocolate.
• ABV: It is bottled at 44% ABV.
• Availability: Rich Cacao was released for domestic markets, unlike its counterpart, “Fine Cacao,” which was a travel retail exclusive.

Packaging :

A key feature of the Harmony Collection is its sustainable packaging. The presentation box for The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is made from discarded husks from cacao pods, a by product of the chocolate-making process. This innovative, 100% recyclable packaging is a central part of the whisky’s story and reflects The Macallan’s commitment to sustainability.
