ABV: 57% (114 Proof)
Filtering: Non-chill filtered. This is a massive distinction for the Weller lineup. By skipping chill-filtration, it retains all the natural fatty acids and oils from the barrel, giving it a much heavier, more decadent mouthfeel than its siblings.
Age: NAS (No Age Statement), but generally understood to be aged between 6 to 8 years.

Tasting Notes
Weller Full Proof manages the high alcohol percentage beautifully, masking the 114-proof heat behind a massive wall of dark, concentrated bakery sweetness.
The Nose: It hits the glass with intense aromas of deep maraschino cherry, caramelized brown sugar, and rich vanilla bean (reminiscent of a Werther’s Original candy). As it sits, you get a beautiful undercurrent of toasted oak, cinnamon bark, and a faint hint of citrus orange peel.
The Palate: Viscous, rich, and oily. It instantly coats the tongue with dark brown sugar, stewed red fruits, maple syrup, and apple pastry cream. The wheat recipe keeps the middle of the sip incredibly soft and pillowy, though a punchy, warming oak presence develops toward the back.
The Finish: Long, deep, and pleasantly drying. The sweet vanilla and cherry notes slowly transition into baking spices—cinnamon toast, nutmeg, and dark chocolate cocoa—leaving a prolonged, satisfying chest warmth.
