After several minutes in the glass, the initial alcohol intensity begins to settle, revealing more nuanced notes of vanilla, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate. Charred oak sits firmly underneath, joined by cinnamon, clove, and a faint peppery warmth. Subtle hints of blackberry, toasted nuts, leather, and roasted coffee may also emerge as the whiskey continues to breathe.
