Tasting Notes (2026 Batch)
Nose: Medjool dates and sticky toffee pudding open the dram, followed by deep treacle, stewed plums, and blood orange zest over subtle background peat smoke.
Palate: A balance of gentle peat smoke alongside smoked figs, caramelized brown sugar, cigar box, dark blackberries, and a distinct savory touch of Iberico ham.
