Tasting Notes (2026 Batch)
Nose: Opens with herbal notes of tomato leaf and dried tobacco, moving into bright fruit aromas of rhubarb, ripe blackberries, and citrus orange zest.
Palate: Rich and layered, featuring chocolate mousse and Medjool dates alongside dark brown sugar and crushed blackcurrants.
Finish: Fades into a long, refreshing finish with notes of fresh mint leaf, salted raisins, hazelnut dark chocolate, and a faint lingering touch of peat ash.
